Position:
Lettings Property Coordinator – Providing essential administrative and coordination support to a high-profile Residential Lettings team, ensuring outstanding service to tenants, clients, and contractors.
Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 per annum / equivalent on an hourly basis
This role is office based, 5 days a week

Key responsibilities for this Lettings Property Coordinator position:
  • Managing lettings enquiries from prospective and existing tenants
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings
  • Preparing new properties for marketing
  • Handling tenancy administration and data input
  • Managing the residential key security system
  • Organising team events and socials
  • Building strong relationships with tenants and contractors
  • Providing administrative support to the Head of Lettings
What background and experience is the company looking for?
Essential:
  • Ideally experience in residential lettings
  • OR experience as a PA, senior administrative, or coordinator role
  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
  • A proactive, positive, and team-oriented approach
Desirable:
  • Experience using property management software such as Horizon or Cube
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
