C&C Search is currently recruiting an Investment Team Assistant

Position: Investment Team Assistant

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Hybrid set up: 5 days in

Key responsibilities for this position:
  • Support 3 Senior Partners
  • Manage and coordinate internal/external meetings across multiple time zones
  • Handle extensive international travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transfers and visas
  • Prepare documentation for weekly team meetings
  • Act as primary point of contact for client representatives and fund managers
  • Manage Partner's communications and inbox with strong prioritisation skills
  • Process expenses and handle purchase orders for the investment team

What background and experience are the company looking for?

  • Minimum 1.5 - 2 years of office experience, ideally within a similar role
  • Must have a strong level of diary management experience
  • Advanced MS Office skills with particular focus on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organisational abilities with proven attention to detail
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion
