Position: Temporary to Permanent Lettings Property Coordinator – supporting the Residential Lettings team.

Salary:
£15 - £18 per hour

Key responsibilities for this Lettings Property Coordinator position:
  • Handling letting enquiries for both prospective and existing tenants
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings
  • Preparing new properties for marketing
  • Managing tenancy administration and data input
  • Maintaining and updating the residential key security system
  • Coordinating team events and social activities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and contractors
  • Assisting the Head of Lettings with administrative tasks
What background and experience is the company looking for?
  • Essential:
    • Experience in residential lettings or property required
    • Experience in a clerical, PA, senior administrative, or coordinator role
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
    • High level of written and verbal communication
    • Team player with a proactive and driven mindset
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
