- Providing EA support to the CEO and Head of Operations
- HR support including payroll administration, benefits review and onboarding
- Financial support including expenses, policies and procedures and billings
- A minimum of 5 years as an Operations Manager ideally within financial services
- Experience in HR administration and financial administrative support
- Ability to work autonomously, bring new ideas and take accountability
