C&C Search is currently recruiting an experienced Operations Manager to work for a small asset manager in the West End.  This is a fantastic opportunity to add value immediately and evolve the role.

Position: Operations Manager
Salary: £40000 - £50000
Hybrid set up: 3 days in the office and 2 from home

Key responsibilities for this Operations Manager: 
  • Providing EA support to the CEO and Head of Operations
  • HR support including payroll administration, benefits review and onboarding
  • Financial support including expenses, policies and procedures and billings
What background and experience are the company looking for? 
  • A minimum of 5 years as an Operations Manager ideally within financial services
  • Experience in HR administration and financial administrative support
  • Ability to work autonomously, bring new ideas and take accountability
