Key responsibilities for this Portfolio Talent Coordinator / Recruitment Assistant / Recruitment PA / Recruitment Coordinator position:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for the Talent team, including diary management and meeting coordination
- Manage the NDA process and maintain accurate documentation
- Coordinate talent-related events including roundtables
- Support candidate engagement and pipeline development
- Maintain and update the talent CRM system (Ezekia)
- Degree level education
- Strong project management capabilities
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Professional communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience as a Recruitment Coordinator or Talent Coordinator ideally in an executive search firm
