The Role:
Job Title: Principal Consultant
Salary: £70,000 (DoE) plus commission
Location: The City
What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
- Lead on high quality assignments, whilst partnering with the wider team
- Identifying and integrating solutions to align to the client needs
- Developing and managing key client relationships
- Managing the interviewing process
- Lead on client meetings
- Develop and manage client mapping
- Mentor and create opportunities for development to the wider team
What is the company looking for?
- Previous Executive Search or Recruitment where you have partnered with NEDs
- Able to demonstrate Business development skills, growing client relationships
- Strong organisational and search skills
