The Role:                         
Job Title: Early Careers Assistant 
Salary: £35,000
Location: London – Hybrid working
  
What would I be doing day to day? 
Key duties: 
  • Play a key role supporting the lifecycle of Trainees across the firm, from application to qualification.
  • Support the HR advisor to manage seat rotations and manage end of rotation reviews.
  • Work with the wider HR team to collate feedback and present to necessary stakeholders to influence performance reviews, salary reviews, and trainee initiatives.
  • Become a trusted assistant to Trainees whilst remaining confidential and professional, to pre-empt performance or other employee relations issues.
  • Support on ad hoc wider People focused projects.
  
What is the company looking for? 
  • 1+ years’ experience in Early Careers, HR or L&D in a legal or professional services firm is essential
  • A genuine and demonstrable interest in supporting Trainees
  • Exceptional communication skills to build rapport with key stakeholders and Trainees
  • Proven ability to work with absolute discretion and high professionalism
  • A good team player and culture champion !
