Salary: £30000 - £35000
Hybrid set up: 4 days in the office and 1 from home

- Extensive diary management across multiple zones, arranging meetings, building relationships with clients
- Multi stop travel arrangements, expenses and creating PowerPoint presentations
- Managing events, conference and roadshows
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Experience as a Team Assistant supporting a busy team within financial services
- A proactive approach, ability to work on own initiative
- Confident to communicate with senior stakeholders and excited to learn from a senior EA
