Duration: Permanent
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 (DoE)
Hybrid set up: 4 days in office/1 day working from home weekly

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:
- Full, proactive diary and calendar management (including complex scheduling, investor calls, and internal/external meetings)
- Coordinating national and international travel (flights, hotels, transfers)
- Managing high volumes of inbound communication and triaging tasks appropriately
- Organising board meetings, including logistics and materials preparation
- Personal support, including booking restaurants, appointments etc.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within finance or corporate environments
- Strong passion for the EA role and supporting senior leaders
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and confident with handling confidential information
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a genuine team player
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Adaptability and a mindset ready to “get the job done” in a fast-paced setting
