C&C Search is currently recruiting an EA/ Office Manager role!

Position: EA/ Office Manager
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + discretionary bonus
Hybrid set up: 5 days in

Key responsibilities for this position:
  • Comprehensive calendar and diary management, including complex scheduling and coordination of meetings across multiple time zones
  • Executive inbox management and correspondence handling
  • End-to-end travel coordination including flights, accommodations, and itinerary planning
  • Office operations management, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the workspace
  • Administrative project support and coordination of key initiatives
  • HR administrative support including documentation and process management
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Proven experience in a similar executive support or office management role within the industry
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • Strong self-starter mentality and ability to work autonomously as the sole administrative support
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Willingness to be contacted outside of regular business hours
