- Salary: Up to £43,000
- Hybrid set up: 3 days in the office / 2 days from home

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:
- Proactive diary and inbox management for the CEO, ensuring priorities are met and time is optimised
- Preparing high-quality documents, briefings, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting board and committee meetings including minute-taking, agenda setting, and follow-up actions
- Acting as a gatekeeper and trusted partner to the CEO, managing communications and building strong relationships across the organisation
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within a not-for-profit, charity or purpose-driven organisation
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting formal communications
- A proactive, calm, and professional manner, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
