Executive Assistant to Head of Investor Relations | Up to £75,000 | Private Equity | Central London
Location: Central London (Mayfair)
Working Pattern: 4 days in office / 1 day WFH
Hours: 8:30am – 6:00pm
Salary: £60 - £75,000 DoE + bens and bonus

We are supporting a brilliant senior leader who is building an Investor Relations function within a high-performing and dynamic private equity firm. This is a unique opportunity to become a true right-hand partner to someone highly respected and inspiring.
You will have exposure to senior stakeholders and LPs, be involved in coordinating roadshows, shaping new processes, and playing a key part in building the IR team infrastructure. This role blends strategic support with classic EA duties in a business that values high standards, drive, and ambition.

Responsibilities:
- Complex diary and meeting management for the Head of IR
- Coordinating investor roadshows and meetings with LPs
- Managing correspondence and acting as a key point of contact
- Supporting the buildout of the IR function – processes, structure, systems
- Handling confidential documents and presentations with discretion
- Offering strategic support and being one step ahead at all times
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment – finance, PE, VC, or similar
- Comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders and managing multiple priorities
- Confident, adaptable, and driven – you thrive in fast-moving and evolving settings
- Friendly, collaborative, and resilient with a can-do attitude
- Strong organisational and communication skills
