C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant for an impact-driven Private Equity/investment firm, offering incredible hybrid working opportunities and competitive benefits in a dynamic global environment.

Position:
Executive Assistant – supporting a Senior Partner and Climate team Salary: Competitive (commensurate with experience)
Hybrid set up:  3 days in the office, 2 WFH

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:

  • Provide high-level support to the Partner/Head of department 
  • Manage complex diary and travel arrangements across multiple continents.  The partner travels 90% of the year so providing extensive support with this is essential.  Also the ability to manage mostly remotely, however the partner has great communication skills.
  • Coordinate board meeting preparations and company secretarial support
  • Handle confidential communications and inbox management
  • Organise team offsites and coordinate international meetings
What background and experience are the company looking for? Must have:
  • Extensive Executive Assistant experience in Private Equity/Professional Services
  • Preferably an undergraduate degree
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Extensive travel coordination experience
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive, confidential information
  • Proactive problem-solver with meticulous attention to detail
