C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant for a VC Firm in Central London.

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000
Hybrid set up: 4/1

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expenses for Senior Executives
- Coordinate with fellow EA's to streamline firm-wide administrative processes
- Contribute to the organisation of the firm's yearly events and gatherings
- Offer comprehensive support to Senior Executives, acting as their primary support
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Preferable experience supporting at a senior level within boutique finance ideally: VC, Private Equity, Asset Management
- Exceptional communication abilities, including outstanding written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of effectively communicating with senior executives and high-net-worth individuals.
- Adept at proactively prioritising competing demands and delivering high-quality results.
- Demonstrates strong integrity, sound judgment, a dedicated work ethic, and a collaborative team player mentality.
