Salary: £40,000 - £45,000(DoE)

The Role:
Job Title: Employee Relations Advisor– 12 month FTC
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000(DoE)

What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
- Advise and guide managers on ER issues
- Manage ER case work including but not limited to investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, absence managements and employment tribunal cases
- Track and monitor ER trends and present findings to the wider HR team
- Keep up to date with employment law changes and flag any company policies and procedures that need updating
- Produce any ER-related documents as required
What is the company looking for?
- Demonstrable knowledge of Employment Law and experience managing ER cases
- Experience working in a large, professional services firm is highly desirable
- Strong HR generalist exposure is a plus
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
