The Job:

Job Title: Finance Team Administrator
Location: Knightsbridge, office based 
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
Benefits: Pension, Cycle-to-Work Scheme, Health Coverage, generous annual leave

What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
  • Maintain accurate records for all group companies and ensure statutory filings (e.g., confirmation statements, director appointments) are completed on time.
  • File annual accounts and use Blueprint software for documentation.
  • Draft and amend board minutes, compile legal documents, and coordinate quarterly board reports.
  • Provide KYC and AML documentation when required.
  • Provide diary management and administrative assistance to the Finance Director.
  • Reconcile and analyse credit card spending, congestion charges, and company lunch costs.
  • Offer holiday cover and occasional support for Accounts Payable.
What is the company looking for?
  • Previous experience in administrative roles such as PA, finance assistant, or general administrator. Knowledge of company secretarial processes is a bonus.
  • Strong numerical ability, excellent Excel skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, discretion with sensitive information, and a willingness to collaborate across teams.
