The Role:

Job Title: Head of HR, 12 month FTC

Salary: £75,000 - £90,000

Location: London

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • Partner with the Leadership team to build out the HR function and design strategic People processes including but not limited to organisational design and talent pipelines.
  • Line management of the HR Coordinator, supporting their development and progression
  • Oversight of day to day HR operational duties from absence management, performance and Employee Relations matters
  • Embedding and aligning growth plans with the business agenda
  • Be a champion for Company Values and Employee Engagement

What is the company looking for?

  • 5-10 years' HR experience in a startup / scale-up organisation
  • Oversight and execution of highly strategic People agendas and processes
  • Ownership of day to day HR operations
  • Line Management experience
  • Resilience, effective communication and resourcefulness desired!
