C&C Search is currently recruiting a Marketing Manager to join a growing, luxury Real Estate organisation
Industry: Luxury Real Estate
Size: 100+ employees and growing!
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000pa + potential bonus
Location: 5 days in office - closest station; Liverpool street

Marketing Manager
Duties:
- Marketing strategy management
- Project management (inception to completion)
- Supplier management ( contracts, supplier services, products)
- Digital Marketing (oversee SEO and PPC Campaigns to drive traffic. Work with agency for best ROI, website projects, implement and manage Socials, strategy, brand presence and engagement)
- Team management (Manage and mentor a team who look after salesforce, project work and digital marketing)
- Performance monitoring and Reporting (Track, measure and present reports and findings on marketing activities)
- Internal database management
About you:
- Marketing Qualification or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience managing a team
- Experience in generalist/ sole charge/ lead role
- Experience within Marketing management
- Strong background in Digital Marketing, SEO, PPC, Social media
- Knowledge and experience in Website development, including project management, coordination, and redevelopment
- Negotiation and supplier management skills
