Salary: £38,000 - £40,000

Hybrid set up: Fully office based

Key responsibilities for this PA / Personal Assistant position:

• Supporting the Investment Team with diary management, scheduling meetings and setting up calls
• Preparing travel itineraries and other logistics
• Ad hoc reception duties and setting up of meeting rooms
• Coordinating company events
• Processing expenses

What background and experience are the company looking for?

• Must have 1-4 years of experience as a PA/Team Assistant supporting a large team
• Strong preference for experience within the finance sector
• Highly competent in a fast-paced environment, supporting multiple people, and strong communication skills
