Key responsibilities for this travelling Executive Assistant position include:
- Provide comprehensive executive support including complex diary management, travel arrangements and meeting preparation
- Lead special projects and initiatives, managing stakeholders and ensuring successful outcomes
- Act as trusted liaison between principal and stakeholders, handling sensitive communications with discretion
- Support philanthropic initiatives and maintain relationships with non-profit entities
- Solid and extensive experience in senior executive support, ideally within a family office environment
- Experienced in travelling with a principal or executive
- Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent highly desired
- Exceptional organisational and project management capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AI tools
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively across time zones and locations
- Italian language desirable but not essential
- Proven track record of handling confidential information with absolute discretion
