Key responsibilities:
- PA support to 2 board level Directors
- Supporting board members with project coordination and delivery, taking actions, following up and providing general admin support
- Diary management, domestic travel booking, minute taking, assisting with reporting, document formatting
- Ideally a minimum of 4-5+ years PA experience, with minute taking experience being essential for this role
- Ideally you will have experience working in a professional services firm
- You will need to be immediately available or on short notice for this role as it's a 6 month FTC
