Position: Personal Assistant to CHRO – supporting the Regional Human Resources team.
Salary: £20-£22 per hour + holiday 
Hybrid set up: Three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities for this Personal Assistant position:
• Diary management for the CHRO, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings and appointments.
• Coordinating meetings and liaising with other secretarial staff, including booking meeting rooms and arranging refreshments.
• Handling telephone calls, filtering inquiries, and taking accurate messages.
• Organising business trips, including hotel bookings and travel arrangements.
• Managing invoices, collating, and claiming expenses for the HR team.
• Assisting in document and presentation preparation as needed.
• Providing administrative support on HR projects and activities, as requested by the CHRO and HR team.
• Supporting HR administrative tasks such as absence management, right to work checks, and employment reference letters.
• Assisting with recruitment efforts and other HR activities as required.

What background and experience is the company looking for?
• Proven experience in a PA or administrative support role, preferably in HR or a corporate setting.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent communication skills.
• A flexible, proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
• A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues.
