C&C Search is actively seeking a receptionist and administrator to join a small financial consultancy in the City.
Salary: £24,000-27,000
Hours: 9:00-5:00 Monday to Friday

We are looking for a loyal person with great customer service experience, who is organised and computer savvy who is looking to start their career in the corporate world.
In this role you will be:
- Answering and fielding all phone calls
- Greeting clients and visitors, offering hot/cold beverages
- Opening, scanning, and distributing incoming post/outgoing post
- Filing and updating colleagues
- Preparing meeting rooms, ensure they are tidy and well stocked
- Diary management for meeting rooms and the team
- Assisting me with Client Services projects/tasks
About you:
- Some office experience would be great
- You are immaculately presented and great with people
- You have brilliant communication skills
- You have good written and numerical skills
- You are a loyal team member who loves to learn
