C&C Search is currently recruiting a Receptionist to join a boutique private equity firm based in Central London. As Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of service and a professional office environment.

Position: Receptionist

Salary: £35,000-£45,000 depending on experience

Hybrid set up: 5 days in the office, working hours 8.30am-5.30pm

Key responsibilities for this Receptionist role:

Meeting and greeting clients and visitors ensuring 5* service
Answering the telephone calls in a polite manner
Booking and setting up meeting rooms with catering requests/video conferencing equipment when required
Managing office equipment
Administrative tasks and ad hoc requests

What background and experience are the company looking for?

Successful candidates will be confident, polite and proactive with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Prior experience in a similar corporate environment is essential.

Degree preferred.
