Senior PA to MDs, Sustainable Investment

We are currently recruiting an exceptional Senior EA to support 3 MDs in the sustainable investments arm of a leading investment business.
Supporting 3 absolutely lovely, charming and super busy Directors, this EA role will involve:

• Classic EA duties including complex diary and meeting management – their diaries are very busy and changeable so the successful finance PA will have meticulous planning and attention to detail
• Ownership of investment committee meetings
• Fantastic  relationship building stakeholder management with heads of portfolio companies
• Investor relations admin including preparing pitch presentations
• Client events management
• Internal events management
• Inbox management, expenses, document management, and extensive administrative support
• Ad hoc projects – LOTS OF SCOPE TO GROW THE ROLE and take on more
• Working closely with the wider EA team
• Mentoring more junior EAs and acting as an EA Team Leader where appropriate
