C&C Search is currently recruiting Team Assistant within an Investment Management firm, with a focus on Asset Management. 

This exciting opportunity is for a Team Assistant looking for a new challenge, offering hybrid working, and the chance to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Position: Team Assistant
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £40,000-45,000
Hybrid set up: 4:1 hybrid (with Monday or Friday in the office)
Location: West End

Key responsibilities for this Team Assistant position:
  • Supporting the office with all things Administration
  • Coordinating the Office, ordering Office supplies, preparing the meeting rooms, emptying the dishwasher
  • Assisting the 3 Senior Executive Assistants with their day-to-day duties
  • Being that go-to person that is always happy to help!
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Experience in a similar role as a Team Admin, Team Assistant or Office Coordinator, ideally within an Asset Management, Private Equity or boutique finance.
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) beneficial.
