Key responsibilities for this position:
- Traditional EA support to 7-8 up to MD level
- Complex diary management
- International travel and visa coordination
- Processing expenses via Concur
- Coordinating events
- Ideally you will have 3-4+ years EA experience working in financial or professional services
- Ideally you will have recently supported a team
- Ideally you will have a flexible and proactive mindset, and be a team player
