C&C Search is currently recruiting a temporary EA within a private equity firm.

Position: Temporary EA (ongoing assignment)
Hourly rate: £28-30 per hour 
Hybrid set up: 4 days in office, 1 working from home

Key responsibilities:
  • Complex diary management for an MD and a small team.
  • International travel bookings, travel logistics and complex visas.
  • Processing expenses, invoices, ad hoc admin support.
  • Assisting with event organisation.
  • Ad hoc administrative duties.
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Ideally you will be immediately available or on short notice, and have demonstrated experience working in a similar PA/EA role supporting a team.
  • Ideally you will have experience within financial services, ideally private equity, venture capital, asset management or investment banking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • An attention to detail, strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
  • Great working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Great time management skills.
