C&C Search is currently recruiting a Private PA for the Chairman of an innovative and fast-growing Venture Capital Firm. This role offers incredible benefits, hybrid working, and is based in the heart of London's vibrant West End.

Position: Private PA to the Chairman, providing support to the COO when required
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
Hybrid set up: Office based, however flex to wfh when the principle is away

Key responsibilities for this Private PA position:
- Managing the Chairman's busy schedule, including organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and personal errands
- Dealing with incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring the Chairman is well-prepared for all engagements
- Providing administrative support to the COO and other senior team members as needed
- Organizing team events and the annual offsite, as well as managing company invoices and expenses
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Previous experience as a Private PA at the director level is essential
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A proactive, problem-solving approach and keen attention to detail
